All returns require an RGA number. Items without an RGA number will be refused To obtain this information you must contact us via email or phone and write the information we provide to you on the returning box.
There is a 5 day limit for returning items. Parts purchased from online store must be returned in original packaging and new,not used condition and unopened Parts returned to be found open or used will not be credited Any defective/damaged items must be handled by customer directly to the Manufacture or with shipping company UPS ect. Any items returned due to consumer ordering the wrong part or discovering they no longer desire the part(s) will have a 20% restocking fee as well as freight/shipping charges both to and from Handling and shipping charges under any conditions are nonrefundable. If the item was shipped for free you must pay all return fees for shipping. If you have received Damaged Freight you the customer must file a claim with the shipping company UPS/FEDEX/USPS same day as shipment.
